- Continuing to provide leadership to increase access to recreation programs
- Enhancing and expanding programs for seniors
- Continuing to encourage job training and local employment for both adults and youth in large projects, building on the successes in Regent Park
- Continuing to improve connectivity and quality of cycling infrastructure
A City That Succeeds
Pam is committed to making sure the City’s budget invests in social and physical infrastructure by
- Providing leadership on prioritizing necessary repairs for Toronto Community Housing buildings
- Continuing to support new revenue options to keep property taxes affordable and avoiding punitive user fees
- Increasing community involvement in TTC planning and decision-making
- Continuing to stand up for keeping City assets and municipal services in public ownership
